Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 center cut pork chops
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut into rings
    1 can tomato soup
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    In electric skillet, brown pork chops on both sides on medium heat.
    Place 1 slice onion and 1 slice pepper on each pork chop (more if desired).
    Blend tomato soup and 1/2 can water and pour over pork chops.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer for 1 hour. (May add a little more water while simmering.)
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
