Round Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tomatoes (canned or fresh)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown steak and onions.
    Arrange in layers in 2-quart casserole the meat, onions, rice, tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Season each layer.
    Rinse skillet with 1 cup water.
    Pour over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
