Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation
-
Mix pecans and coconut.
Spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake as directed on box.
Spread cake mix on top of the pecans and coconut.
Melt butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Mix well.
Pour on top of cake batter.
Bake according to directions on box of cake mix.
