Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. boiled ham
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 bunches green onions
Preparation

Wash onions.
Set aside to drain.
Take 2 paper towels and place slice of ham on one towel.
Blot dry with another towel. Spread ham with cream cheese.
Place onions on long edge of ham. Roll ham and onion to other side.
Slice with sharp knife, approximately 1/2-inch wide.
Arrange on platter.
