Oriental Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1 c. beef broth
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef.
Drain.
Add onion and celery.
Cook until tender.
Stir in rice, broth, water and soy sauce.
Cover.
Simmer until rice is done, about 20 minutes.
Yield:
4 servings.
