Oriental Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in rice, broth, water and soy sauce.
    Cover.
    Simmer until rice is done, about 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
