Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cube steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    garlic salt
    pepper
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer, garlic salt and pepper. Brown in oil.
    Add onion and cook until onion is tender.
    Pour soup and can of water over steak and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with cream potatoes or rice.
