Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over cabbage; let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze out liquid.
    Add celery and green pepper.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Cool and pour over cabbage. Freeze in serving portions.
    Thaw at room temperature for about 2 hours before serving, cutting through with a knife.
    Serve slightly frosty.
