Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 stalks celery, cut in small pieces
    6 carrots, cut in pieces
    1 onion, cut up
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can of water
    4 large potatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Place beef in 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with celery, carrots and onion. Combine soup and water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 1/2 hours; add potatoes and bake 45 minutes longer.
