Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 chopped green onions
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced
1 c. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, cheese, onions and garlic in bowl.
Mix well.
Spread on cut surfaces of bread.
Sprinkle top with parsley.
Place on baking sheet.
Broil until bubbly.
Cut into slices.
