Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 medium head cabbage
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Brown meats and onion; drain.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Core cabbage; steam cabbage a few minutes, just to tenderize leaves. Mix meat, rice and kraut.
    Gently separate cabbage leaves.
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon meat mixture into each leaf.
    Roll up; place in baking dish.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Bake for 2 to 3 hours at 300\u00b0.
