Texas Egg Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 eggs
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Lightly brown flour in baking drippings.
    Beat eggs in a bowl and add milk, water and eggs.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add to flour and bacon drippings.
    Stir until it thickens.
    Serve with biscuits.
    If too thick, you can thin with water.
