Good And Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    3 to 4 big potatoes, washed and cut
    3 to 4 large carrots, peeled and cut
    2 onions, chopped
    1 can peas, drained (or frozen)
    1 can tomato, cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup (thin with 1/2 can water)
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients in a large covered casserole dish and cook 4 to 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
