Smoked Fish From A Key Wester - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 qt. water
    garlic powder (as you like it)
    1 Tbsp. marjoram
    1 Tbsp. Accent (delete if friends are allergic)
Preparation
    Marinate fish in brine for 24 hours.
    Wipe dry and let stand for one hour.
    Smoke in your smoker for 4 to 5 hours.
