Hawaiian Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 beef bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained, reserve liquid
3/4 c. reserved pineapple liquid
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and nutmeg; mix.
Shape into 60 (3/4-inch) balls.
