Crunchy Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rolled old fashion oats
    1/2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. nuts (any kind unsalted)
    1/2 c. pumpkin or sunflower seeds (optional)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. maple
Preparation
    Add all ingredients. Toss together.
    Spread on shallow cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until light brown. Reduce heat to 225\u00b0 and bake until dry; stir occasionally.
