Beer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. catsup
    1 can beer
    1 chopped onion
    green peppers
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast.
    Add the ingredients together in bowl. Place roast in baking dish. Pour mixture over roast.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
