Mom'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 beaten egg yolks
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients and add boiling water.
    Cook until clear.
    (I cook it in the microwave.)
    Stir occasionally.
    Add egg yolks and lemon rind and juice.
    Cook a little longer.
    Add margarine and salt.
    (You may add yellow food color.)
    Pour into baked pie crust.
    Top with meringue.
