Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
    1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    fresh fruit, cut into small slices and cubes
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and sugar. Set aside. Slice cookie dough into round medallions.
    Lay slices on pizza pan until pan is covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden around the edge.
    Cookie should be soft after it has cooled. When cool, spread cream cheese mixture on top.
    Take fruit and scatter all over cream cheese mixture. Cover entire cookie with fruit.
    Slice into pizza slices and serve.
    Makes 1 (12-inch) pizza.
