Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. rolled sausage
    1 pkg. ready made pie crust (Pillsbury ready made in dairy section) or can make homemade pie crust
    2 egg whites (for browning glaze)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut pie crust into 3 x 3-inch squares. Use about a teaspoonful of sausage; put into pastry square and fold over and together.
    Use a fork to press the remaining 3 sides down.
    Put a slit in each one.
    Rub egg whites on top for browning glaze.
    Bake for about 30 minutes, or when pastry is done.
    (Kids love to do this one.)
