Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese spread
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
    3/4 c. pecan meal or very finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Bring cheeses to room temperature and blend well.
    Stir in onion and garlic.
    Chill until firm enough to handle.
    Form into a ball.
    Spread pecan meal on waxed paper; roll the cheese in the pecan meal to coat.
    Chill until serving time.
    Serve with crackers or toasted bread rounds.
