Chicken Cournado - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Ritz crackers
butter
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until done; pick apart in small pieces. Place chicken in casserole.
Combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup and pour over chicken in casserole.
Crush enough Ritz crackers to cover top of casserole and combine with melted butter.
Top casserole with crumbs and bake 20 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with baked potatoes and green beans.
