Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
unpeeled, sliced, raw peaches
Preparation

Put 1/2 stick margarine in electric skillet and let melt. Fill with peaches and sprinkle with sugar.
Cook, stirring frequently until peaches are slightly brown.
Pour into mixing bowl and beat.
Tastes like dried peaches.
Can be frozen for later use.
Makes great fried pies.
