Yakitori Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sweetener (honey, sugar, etc.)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger powder
    1/4 c. sake or white wine (Japanese rice wine found in any liquor store)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Let food marinate for at least half an hour.
    Saute or put on skewer and barbecue.
    Keeps for 2 days.
    Meats can be frozen in this marinade, then thawed and cooked for a quick meal later.
    Makes enough for one pound of food.
    Can be used for any kind of food.
