Baked Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. uncooked grits
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 jar process cheese spread
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil.
    Add grits and cook until thickened (about 10 minutes), stirring often.
    Stir in margarine, salt and cheese.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
