Swedish Limpa Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rye flour
    3/4 c. Pillsbury Best all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. caraway seed or grated orange peel
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. molasses
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Mix only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill well-greased muffin cups about half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
