Vegetable Patch Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrot slices
    2 c. cucumber slices
    8 oz. bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook carrots in a small amount of water until crisp-tender; drain.
    Combine carrots and cucumber.
    Pour dressing over vegetables.
    Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
    Drain.
    Serves 6.
