Christmas Frozen Fruit Cake Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 (4 1/2 oz.) tub frozen whipped cream, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, diced
1/2 c. sliced green candied cherries
1/2 c. sliced red candied cherries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Blend sour cream, whipped cream, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla together.
Fold in fruits and walnuts.
Pour into ring mold.
Freeze for several hours or overnight.
Unmold onto lettuce lined plate.
Garnish with additional cherries, if desired.
Let stand for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
