3 Fruit Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cranberries
    1 tart apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground allspice
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. snipped dry apricots
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine cranberries, apple, apricots, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, allspice, dry mustard, 1/4 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Bring to boiling.
    Reduce and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
    Spoon into containers.
    Cover, seal and refrigerate or freeze.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Good accompaniment to cold cuts, such as ham, turkey and roast beef.
