Shortbread Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 c. flour, sifted
mint jelly
strawberry jam
marmalade
Preparation

Combine butter, powdered sugar and flour in bowl.
Roll small amount of dough into balls the size of a walnut.
Place on cookie sheet and indent with thumb or large end of mellon baller.
Using a teaspoon, place small amount of jam or jelly in indentation. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until bottom of tart is golden. Cool on sheet and remove to flat surface.
