Hot Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot breakfast sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. beef broth
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 tsp. 57 sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage, celery and onion until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain off most of the fat.
    Add beef broth, 57 sauce and Worcestershire sauce; stir mixture.
    Then add pimentos, mushrooms, salt and pepper to mixture and stir in rice. Pour mixture in baking dish, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
