Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar and beat well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt sifted together.
Beat well.
Heat milk and margarine to boiling.
Gradually add to beaten batter.
Add vanilla and blend well.
Makes 3 layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
