Quick 'N Cheesy Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small carrot, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. can Green Giant cut green beans
    sliced almonds
Preparation
    Saute carrot in
    margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Blend well.
    Add
    milk.
    Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add beans; heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with almonds.
