Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package.
    Drain but do not remove from saucepan.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
