Heavenly Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 cakes yeast or 2 pkg dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1 tsp grated lemon rind
    1 tsp salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, butter and sugar. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, add yeast mixture, egg yolk, lemon rind and salt to milk mixture. Add 4 c. flour and beat until satiny. Cover
    and let rise until full of bubbles. Continue to add flour mixture until a stiff batter is formed. Knead lightly until smoothe. Place in greased bowl and let rise until very light. Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Yields 20 to 24 servings.
