Herb Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
3 oz. light cream cheese
1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil
1/2 tsp. crushed tarragon
2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. minced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Preparation

Combine water, lemon juice and cheese in a blender of food processor.
Puree for 1 minute or until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.
Cover and chill.
Yields 1 1/2 cups.
