Cool Whip Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple (including juice)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 carton Cool Whip
2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and pineapple, using mixer. Add pecans.
Fold in Cool Whip and beat.
Pile mixture into 2 crusts and cover.
Refrigerate until firm.
