Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium peppers
    1 lb. hamburg, extra lean
    1 c. river rice
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix hamburg and cooked rice.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Add mixture to cored peppers.
    Place in Dutch oven.
    Add the tomato soup and water.
    Cook on the top of stove for about 1 hour.
