Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Maryland crabmeat
    2 slices bread, cut into small pieces or 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except crabmeat, thoroughly. Add crabmeat and mix gently.
    Shape into cakes (6 to 8, depending on size).
    Cook in frying pan in just enough oil to prevent sticking, until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
