Just Corn - cooking recipe

Peel and slice sweet potatoes.
Cook potatoes in water for 5 to 10 minutes and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Save water to add later. Make dough like you would biscuits.
Roll out thin strips and cover the bottom and sides with strips.
Use deep pan.
Lay sweet potatoes in bottom of pan, then put margarine on potatoes. Sprinkle sugar over margarine.
Repeat potatoes, magarine and sugar until you use all the potatoes, then pour the water which you used to cook the potatoes in and cover the potatoes completely.
Next, cut more dough strips and cover the top.
Then brush or cut small pieces on top of the dough.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
