Carol'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 lb. sirloin beef tips
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. salsa (mild or hot if you prefer)
    1 stalk finely minced celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
    3 cans pinto beans
    1 dash hot sauce
    1 shredded carrot
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown beef tips
    in vegetable oil.
    Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for 1 hour.
