Sweet And Sour Mixed Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices lean bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
4 large onions, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt (or not)
2 (15 oz.) cans lima beans (green)
1 (15 oz.) can butter beans
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 lb. 11 oz. can pork and beans (undrained)
Preparation

Drain butter, lima and kidney beans.
Fry bacon crisp and crumble it.
Place onions in the skillet with bacon grease.
Add sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt and vinegar.
Cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
Add to beans in a 3-quart casserole.
Add bacon. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
