Pineapple Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/2 c. toasted almonds, finely chopped
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve 1 c. juice)
1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup margarine or butter, 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup powdered sugar in medium bowl with fork until crumbly.
Press firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake until set, 15 to 20 minutes.
