Deli-In-A-Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. corned beef, cooked and cut into pieces
    1 can sauerkraut (14 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    3 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips
Preparation
    Mix corned beef, sauerkraut and water in a large skillet. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and top with cheese.
    Cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4.
