Savory Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup instant potatoes
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 lbs. chicken breasts cut up or 4 boneless halved breasts.

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0 and place a 13x9 baking pan in oven with the butter.
In a bag, mix the potatoes and cheese together.
Dip the chicken pieces in beaten eggs then place in bag and shake until coated.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
