Mary Beth Nielsen Ham'S Creamy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 stick butter
    salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Scrub and slice potatoes into 1/2 to 1/4-inch slices.
    Spread potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Pour in cream.
    Dot top with butter.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion powder.
    Bake at 356\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown, bubbly and tender.
