Frozen Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sweet cherries
    11 oz. mandarin oranges
    8 3/4 oz. pineapple chunks
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Drain all of the fruit; reserve some cherries and oranges to garnish and set aside fruit.
    Save fruit liquid for another use. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; blend in sour cream, sugar and salt.
    Put in fruit, marshmallows and nuts; spoon into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan and freeze for 6 hours.
    Unmold and garnish with fruit.
    Makes 8 servings.
