Do Ahead Breakfast Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pepperidge Farm or Arnold bread
    ham, sausage or bacon
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. milk
    8 to 10 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt
    2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put 1 layer of bread in bottom. Sprinkle ham pieces, cooked and crumbled sausage or cooked and crumbled bacon.
    Top with cheese.
    Beat together milk, eggs, mustard and salt.
    Gently pour over meat and cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    In morning, sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs and pour melted butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown.
