Sausage Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    18 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
    3 c. garlic onion croutons
    18 tomato slices
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Place sausage in greased baking dish (13 x 9-inch).
    Beat eggs, milk and salt.
    Stir in cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over sausage.
    Sprinkle croutons on top.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
