Cheese Puff Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    seasoned salt
    pepper
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine flour, butter and sour cream in a bowl and mix. Divide into 4 portions. Wrap and chill. Roll out one at a time onto a floured surface to 12 x 6-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle each with seasoned salt and pepper, then with 3/4 cup cheese.
    Roll up into a long roll about 2-inches wide.
    Seal edge and ends.
    Place seam side down onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Make diagonal slits at 1-inch intervals.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cut into strips.
    Serve hot.
    (Can be made ahead and frozen.)
