Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. each: onion, celery, carrots and canned tomatoes
    2 packets instant chicken broth
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. each: frozen baby limas and frozen corn
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except parsley and pepper.
    Stir to dissolve broth mix.
    Cover with plastic wrap; vent one corner. Microwave on High 17 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Add parsley and pepper.
